Tom Chirafisi

Founder and Executive Director

Tom currently is part owner of a family owned and operated print company, Paragon Printing and Graphics, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  He founded the Eternal Wish Foundation in hopes of making a difference in as many lives as possible.  The organization was founded with a close personal story as its heart.  His grandmother was stricken with breast cancer.  Instead of sitting back and living her final days in a depressed state she decided to take everyone, including the young Tom, on a family vacation to Hawaii.  To this day he holds the memories of this final vacation close to his heart, “an eternal moment.”  A committed Catholic, he strives to help those in need while using his business background to reach as many people as possible with the Eternal Wish Foundation.  For that reason, the Eternal Wish Foundation grants wish experiences to individuals that lack financial resources for self-fulfillment to create an “eternal moment” for them.

Sister Pegge Boehm, PBVM

Board Secretary

Sr. Pegge, a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, worked for 11 years with the First Wisconsin Corporation and active in grassroots politics and her Parish, before volunteering to be a lay missionary in Guerrero, Mexico for the Conventual Franciscan Priests of St. Josaphat Basilica, Milwaukee. Witnessing the compassion and joyful service of the Presentation Sisters to the poorest of the poor at that Mexican mission, she entered the Sisters of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Aberdeen, SD in 1985. For the past 25 years, she has ministered in Rural Ministry, Parish Ministry and currently in Hispanic Ministry throughout northeastern South Dakota. She has a passion to help those who lack resources, and because of that, believes in the mission of the Eternal Wish Foundation.

Nancy Duwe

Board President

Nancy is a retired federal officer with experience in finance. With her total of 42 years of business experience, especially in sales and marketing, she brings the needed background to Eternal Wish.
Being involved with Eternal Wish gives her the unique opportunity to give back.  Her involvement gives her the ability to reach out and offer lasting memories and positive experiences.  Because she believes so strongly in this worthwhile cause, the hope is to grant many wishes.

Doug Chirafisi

Board Member
Doug is a graduate of St. Norbert College and a veteran U.S. Army officer of 8 years. A business owner of many years, he currently is part owner of Wisconsin Marketing Services, Inc. His passion is to help people in need, especially those approaching the end of their lives. The Eternal Wish Foundation meets these goals by granting a final wish to those who are financially unable to experience the wish on their own. Being a strong family man, the fact that the Foundation strives to leave a lasting memory with the recipient’s family and friends solidifies his strong desire to volunteer his services.
